Google’s Photo App Tags Black People as “Gorillas”

To cut it short
On June 28th web developer Jacky Alcine found that Google app feature had repeatedly tagged photos of him and his girlfriend as “gorillas”. Taking matters into his own hands Jacky tweeted to Google pointing out the glaring mistake. Google’s chief social architect took notice of the same and was quick to apologize and to alleviate further embarrassment on Google’s part removed the “Gorilla” tag altogether.
