Featuring twelve 44-storey towers containing 10,000 rooms, the premium project is being built by Dar Al Handasah. The exotic facility which is a combination of residential and commercial complex will also showcase 70 restaurants, multiple helipads, a full-size convention centre, shopping mall, food courts, bus station and car parks. While the interiors and exteriors will match up with the designs and traditions of the local culture, the service and amenities will be five star.
