Coffee drinkers always find themselves in complete and utter stupor in Ramadan due to the lack of caffeine consumption during the day. Not having your morning coffee in your favorite mug for 30 days may seem like the end of the world for some, but a few simple tricks can make this bearable for just about anyone!
Drink water like a camel. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water after Iftar to support the detox withdrawal and to help you fight headaches.
Drink decaf coffee before going to bed. This will make the nights a little bit easier.
Power up your Suhoor meal. A good Suhoor will help you maintain high energy levels during the day and will help your body ease into caffeine deprivation.
