According to Sydney University’s researchers Jungsoo Kim and Richard de Dear, the main issue with open office culture is noise privacy. 60% of cubicle workers and 50% of open-plan employees listed it as the number 1 problem with the open culture environment.
Open-office and private space office both stifle productivity, and according to research, the perfect solution is to allow the employees to change setting as need be so they can work with their maximum productivity.
