With an industry benchmark standard of 75% for customer service satisfaction it can safely be stated that both Samsung and Apple are lagging behind in this category. These survey numbers easily indicate that the users are not easy to please and they will move on to other brands irrespective of how long they have latched on to a particular brand especially if customer needs are not met satisfactorily.
